The members of the Emerald Coast Food & Wine Society have the benefit of a community made up of families from literally all over the world. The members bring their varied backgrounds to these recipes offered in our first cookbook. You will find many recipes of Southwest and California origin, as well as the panhandle of Florida. Some recipes reflect the time my brother, Bob and I, spent in the Far East.
Our wine recommendations have been kept as broad as possible, as specific wine labels have a tendency to disappear quickly. I think you will find our recommendations well matched to the accompanying recipe.
